  • Ms Hong Qiao Zhou graduated in Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tui Na in 2007 from Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China. Before coming to the UK, Hong had nearly one year of speciality training and practices in treating Bell’s Palsy, stroke sequel & rehabilitation, back pain, sciatica, arthritis etc. in Hubei General Hospital, China.

    In 2009, Hong gained a master degree in Chinese Medicine from the Middlesex University, London. During her postgraduate study, Hong volunteered every Friday afternoon for nearly half a year using acupuncture to help patients to relieve various type of pains in the pain clinic of Whittington hospital, London. In the London Hospital, Hong gained valuable experience using acupuncture in treating not only conditions that were familiar to her such as headache, migraine, back pain and arthritis etc. but also conditions such as ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) and MS (Multiple Sclerosis) that are uncommon in China.

    Hong also worked part time at the weekend as a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practitioner assistant from a renowned acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine clinic in London where she continued to work as a full time acupuncturist and TCM practitioner after graduated from Middlesex University until the end of 2013.
